Accrington ST Community Trust is delivering free Kellogg’s Football Camps this summer, giving young fans aged 5–15 the chance to train like their heroes on the same pitches where the first team prepares for the 2026/27 League Two season. Next fixture: vs Port Vale (at home, 2027-02-27) (9th in the table).
What’s on offer for young players?
The camps, now in their third year, are led by FA-qualified coaches and promise a full day of football fun. Kids take part in skills drills, small-sided games, and even a mini tournament with teams named after international sides. England won on the day my son attended, but the real prize was the tired smiles and dirty knees at home time.
How do the camps work?
Each session starts with a group warm-up before splitting into age-appropriate teams. After 90 minutes of coaching, there’s a break for snacks, drinks, and football quizzes. The afternoon includes more games, with a special treat on Fridays: time on a bouncy castle while others play. The first team’s training in the distance adds to the excitement.
How can parents book a place?
To secure a free spot, purchase a participating Kellogg’s pack and scan the QR code or visit www.kelloggsfc.com. After registering, enter the on-pack barcode details to request a Free Camp Day Code. Once received, fill in the online form with your child’s details. Accrington ST’s camp is just one of 73 across the UK, with nearby options at Blackburn Rovers, Burnley, and Bolton Wanderers.
